I. Product Introduction
In April 1976, the US magazine "Coal Age" published an article titled "Colorado School of Mines Solves Inhalable Dust Control", which mentioned that the probability of adsorption, filtration, and condensation is greatest when the size of water mist particles is similar to that of dust particles. By spraying at the dust generation point to form a dense fog pool, the fog particles and dust particles of similar size collide and coalesce, and then settle under the action of gravity, effectively achieving dust suppression at the source.
Dry fog nozzles can produce ultra-fine dense water mist. Its main working principle is: compressed air enters the nozzle and is ejected at the speed of sound through the flow guide hole, generating a stable mechanical wave. After the gas and liquid are mixed to form droplets, they collide with the resonance cavity to generate ultrasonic resonance. The energy of the sound wave breaks the cohesive force of the water droplets, further atomizing the droplets into a dense mist with very fine particles. It is suitable for dust control in enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces such as material transfer points, discharge ports, and crushing points, and is widely used in dust suppression in power plants, steel, mining, cement, and chemical industries.
