Hot Melt Spray Congealing
- Melting: The material in the feeding tank is thoroughly mixed and melted.
- Atomization: The molten material is conveyed by the twin-screw hot‑melt mechanism to the spray nozzle at the top of the spray chamber, where it is atomized into fine droplets by compressed air from an air compressor.
- Cooling and Solidification: The droplets undergo heat exchange through contact with a low‑temperature medium, completing the solidification process.
- Separation and Collection: Part of the solidified product settles into the collection bin at the bottom of the drying chamber. The exhaust gas from the spray‑cooling chamber enters a cyclone separator for gas‑solid separation; the product is captured and collected into a bin, while the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by an induced‑draft fan.
