——Fluidization chamber: A cylindrical fluidization chamber with a highly polished chamber wall to facilitate material settling;
——Material container: Top spray, bottom spray, and side spray structures are designed for granulation, coating, and micro-pelleting to achieve the corresponding functions (the diffusion chamber is adjusted accordingly). The air intake processing unit, base, collection chamber, exhaust unit, and control system are shared systems.
——Spray gun: Independently designed spray guns (top, bottom, and side spray) with excellent atomization effects, absorbing new technologies from foreign spray guns;
——Dust removal device: Uses bag filter back-blowing dust removal; the collection bag uses anti-static fiber cloth;
——Sealing: The base adopts a lifting seal; the collection bag seal uses an "O"-ring seal; other main machine seals use silicone seals with automatic compensation and adaptability;
——Air intake processing: Filtration level is sub-high efficiency, exhaust temperature is automatically controlled and adjusted.
